Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Insurance
Certain insurance plans are accepted.  Please contact Dr. DioGuardi for further information.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. It is important that you check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Do I need approval (e.g., a referral) from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy
Failure to show up for a scheduled therapy appointment without notification at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the full cost of the session.
