 Dr. DioGuardi is committed to helping people struggling with a variety of individual, family, and relationship difficulties. Utilizing scientifically-based, well-accepted approaches, he provides professional evaluations and treatments in a confidential, comfortable and therapeutic environment. 

Dr. DioGuardi received his doctorate and master's degree in clinical psychology from St. John's University and his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cornell University.  He completed his clinical internship at the Institute of Living / Hartford Hospital and Connecticut Children's Medical Center.  He is President of the Early Career Psychologists (ECP) Division of the New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA) and President of the School Division of the Westchester County Psychological Association (WCPA).  He is also a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).

Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. DioGuardi serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Iona College, instructing graduate students in subject areas including personality, cognitive, and psychoeducational assessment, behavior assessment and intervention, psychopathology, and group dynamics.
